Meet Attorney Samira Kermani, Esq.
Samira Kermani is a California licensed real estate attorney (1994), and licensed real estate broker (2002), in Los Angeles. While practicing law at a large national law firm, then at a Fortune 500 Company, and later working as a Real Estate Broker at the Coldwell Banker Beverly Hills North Office, Samira was mentored by the best in both industries. In 2007, she founded the Kermani Law Firm, to bring individual attention to a select list of clients.
Samira is an effective negotiator and litigator with more than 25 years of experience representing individuals and corporations in a range of civil disputes. Focused on pursuing legal strategies that work, Samira’s background is unique among her peers.
While she routinely appears in Court, in arbitrations and mediations, in settlement negotiations, and fiercely advocates for her clients, Samira Kermani also serves as an Arbitrator in real estate matters and actively represents her buyers and sellers as a Real Estate Broker at Karlton Stone Realty, which she founded in 2006.
Samira Kermani is retained as an Expert Witness to testify in Court on brokers’ duties.
She serves on several committees at the California Association of Realtors®, and at the Beverly Hills/Greater Los Angeles Association of Realtors.
