For every real estate buyer or seller that I represent, who was defrauded or was negligently represented, I notice that if they had had an attorney handle their purchase/sale, they could have avoided a lawsuit.

Real Estate is the most expensive asset you will ever purchase, for most. Don’t even think of doing it without proper legal counsel.

I represent and advise purchasers and sellers on a regular basis in residential and commercial real property transactions. I’ve even represented licensed brokers in their own purchases.

I have represented trial attorneys and Court appointed Receivers who demand the most from the real estate brokers who represent them.

I serve as an Arbitrator on the Professional Standards Committee of the Beverly Hills Greater Los Angeles Association of Realtors (“BHGLAAR”), and routinely represent buyers and sellers both in litigation and in purchase/sale transactions. Attorneys hire me to testify in court as their Expert Witness in real estate disputes. Real estate is my wheelhouse.

With extensive experience in all aspects of commercial and residential real estate acquisition, disposition, development, and leasing, I can represent you in your real estate transactions.
